Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR) FY 2023/2024
5.1 To Receive and approve Internal Auditor’s Report – additional meeting required if not received in time as needs to be received and approved ahead of signing the AGAR submission.
5.2 To Receive and approve Bank Reconciliation for FY 2023/2024
5.3 To Approve Annual Governance Statements Section 1 to be signed by Chair and Clerk following approval.
5.4 To Approve Annual Accounting Statements Section 2
To be prepared and signed by RFO ahead of the meeting and signed by Chair, following approval
5.5 To Approve Certificate of Exemption from External Audit. To be signed by RFO and Chair following approval
5.6 To Agree Commencement Date for Public Inspection Period – mandatory to include first 10 working days of July.
5.7 To Receive invoices for payment and approve outgoings
5.8 To Receive and Approve Community Infrastructure Levy Report for submission to CDC
5.9 To Receive update on Frampton Mansell Playground refurbishment.
