6.1        To RECEIVE invoices for payment and APPPROVE outgoings

6.2        To REVIEW Budget 2024/2025 against Actual/projected spend to end of FY

6.3        To REVIEW, DECIDE and APPROVE Budget FY 2025/2026

6.4        To SET PRECEPT FOR FY 2025/2026. To be confirmed with CDC before deadline 31 January 2025

6.5        TO REVIEW General Reserve Policy

6.6        To Review schedule of regular payments, Cemetery care and Watershed contributions

6.7        To Review CIL contributions – deadlines for spend.

7.  Planning

7.1       TO Review all current planning applications, determine stance and comment as applicable.
