Additional Parish Council Meeting – 11am, Monday 16 June 2025

The Parish Council will convene an additional meeting on Monday 16 June at 11am in Sapperton Village Hall. This meeting is necessary in order to finalise the Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR) ahead of the June 30 deadline.

This meeting is necessary so that the Council can receive the Internal Auditor’s report. This must be received and approved first, before the AGAR Governance statements and Accounting statements are formally accepted and signed by the Clerk and the Chair at a full council meeting.

Notification of this meeting will be posted on the Notice Boards. Members of the public are welcome to attend and there will be a 30 working day period from 1 July 2025 to 11 August 2025 when the public are able to view the Parish accounts. This will be officially advertised on the Notice Boards once the AGAR paperwork has been finalised.
