5.3 To RECEIVE Budget Monitoring Statement and DISCUSS preliminary Budget forecast for 2026/2027.

6.1 To REVIEW all current planning applications, determine stance and comment as applicable.

6.2 To RECEIVE report from CDC Town and Parish Forum held 10 November

6.3 To DISCUSS planning related issues/potential development in light of increased housing supply targets
